Providine-AM Ointment is a combination medicine that is used to treat skin wounds. It also prevents the growth of microorganisms that may infect the wound and promotes healing of the wound.

Providine-AM Ointment is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. A thin layer of the medicine should be applied only to the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. If it gets into your eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina rinse with water. It may take several days to weeks for your symptoms to improve, but you should keep using this medicine regularly.

About Dosetil Lotion

Dosetil Lotion is used to treat skin problems such as redness, itching and swelling. It is generally prescribed for mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema), seborrheic dermatitis, and contact dermatitis.
Dosetil Lotion contains 'Desonide' that works by blocking the production of certain chemical substances in the body which cause allergy and inflammation (swelling and redness). Thereby, Dosetil Lotion helps to treat redness, itching, irritation, and inflammation.
In some cases, Dosetil Lotion may cause common side effects such as skin peeling, dryness, burning sensation, irritation, stinging sensation, itching and redness at the site of application. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not use Dosetil Lotion for more than 4 weeks unless prescribed by a doctor. Do not use Dosetil Lotion if you have a skin reaction or irritation to any steroid medicine. Consult your doctor before using Dosetil Lotion if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not apply Dosetil Lotion on the chest if you are breastfeeding. Dosetil Lotion is not recommended for children below 3 months of age as efficacy and safety have not been established.

Lobate Cream belongs to a group of medicines called steroids. It is used to treat various skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, and allergies. It works by reducing swelling, redness, and itchiness of the skin and prevents further irritation.

Lobate Cream is meant for external use and is to be used only as advised by your doctor. Wash and dry the affected area before applying a thin layer of the medicine. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with plenty of water if you accidentally get it in these areas. Avoid covering the treated area with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor.

Using the medicine may cause skin thinning, burning sensation, irritation, redness, and swelling at the site of application. These are temporary and usually resolve with time. However, if they persist or worsen, let your doctor know. Lobate Cream is not recommended to be used in children. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
